Owner, Therese McGinnis, possesses an incomparable set of skills honed over years of university instruction on topics such as: self-talk, esteem, interpersonal communication, team building, leadership, and conflict management. Her instincts, knowledge, and expertise in human communication dynamics makes her a valuable asset to people who want to experience more individual, relationship, and career security, work-life balance, and overall satisfaction in their lives.
A particular area of expertise is helping people recognize and change limiting beliefs. Beliefs are often rooted in childhood perceptions that influence our individual choices impacting our selection of romantic partners, education, lifestyles, and career pursuits as adults. In 2005, Therese began to apply these principles to her legal work where she helped immigrant victims of domestic violence overcome limiting beliefs that previously kept them in a cycle of intimate partner abuse.
